We need to be tested to develop, because without testing, we are just a fragile thing.

The decisions we choose allow us to change and the universe will always be on two sides, supporting us or hiding from us.
One decision that made me feel like the worst human being that made the universe hide from me, but it didn’t take long. It is true, that passion is the key. Until it turned out that the pandemic made me aware of that worst moments.
Initially, the book I read were the detective series, Doraemon, short stories from Chicken Soup for The Soul, and books by my favorite authors; Paulo Coelho. Nothing special from them, just for entertain my college life.

Until I entered my life as a fresh graduate and became an employee, I think that book does matter. Meet kind people and toxic people, good environment and toxic environment at the same time make me messed up. I found a bright side of Pandemic, that was life lesson start from you and it grow by study and read new insight.

Books that made my spirit back during Pandemic

Book is a way you meet the best mentor and listen to his/her stories of decades.

So here I recommend you three of my favorite book I read last year:

  1. “The Courage to be dislike” by Ichiro Kishimi & Fumitake Koga.
A conversation between a philosopher and a young man about the past and the future. One word from the philosopher to the young man “Don’t be afraid of being disliked”
  2. “Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind” by Yuval Noah Harari.
A book that realized me that I’m just a dust on the long age of earth.
  3. “The Things You Can See Only When You Slow Down” by Haemin Sunim.
I think from the title you can understand what is the content of this book. One sentence that quite slaped me, “By looking at how the air flows, we realize we are all connected to each other”

I hope I can share the next three recommended books, let me read them first :)
